White People Challenging Racism: Moving From Talk to Action is a five-part workshop that guides participants through the inner work and self-reflection necessary to embark on the lifelong journey toward being antiracist. In five weekly two-hour online Zoom meetings led by a pair of facilitators, a small group begins to build skills and confidence in confronting racism in each person’s sphere of influence. Timely readings, challenging discussions, exercises, role plays, and real-world assignments culminate in the presentation of individual action plans with real impact and accountability. Prepare for an intensive commitment for the five weeks, and for the rest of your life. Everyone is invited to participate. The cost of this course is $150. This session runs Wednesdays, October 14, 21, & 28 and November 4 & 11 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. To register contact Michelle Chalmers at moh23321@gmail.com.
